I tried to recharge my mobile 9948203560 with Rs.201 through Idea Instant recharge

I entered the details and got a code and payed the amount through netbanking facility SBI

and I have the transaction done.

The amount did not reflect in my mobile balance.

I called Idea customer care lots of times, they said they are not responsible for that.

I even called SBI customer care, even they too say the same

Never recharge through Idea Instant rechrage
