Worst service from IDEA CELLULAR ADITYA BIRLA COMPANY

Dear CCR,

This is Blessen Cherian and my number is 9889222211. I made the payment of my account 556 through ideacellular.com. I dont know whats happening with the website. They charged twice from account of Rs 556 and its not reflecting in my account. I need a reply soon from you or else i need to legally complain to consumer court for the same about troubling the customers. I need to have the refund of 556 (which is extra charged from my credit card) and i need a proof of reason why it happend? This mail will be used for the legal procedure for the futher actions if i am not getting a valid reply.
