Idea unwanted vas service activation

Dear sir idea which is a large telecom operator in india .but as per my knowledge they are the huge cheater in telecom industry.

as they are suppose to deduct unwanted vas service charges without clients information .as i have already talked with their customer care yogesh (he didnot disclose his name) fore more than 12 times regarding this . but there is no positive response.
