Excess Bill for Mobile No 9303132905

I, Dr Arun Shandilya, am using RIM since beginning of the company, my mobile No is 0091-9303132905 and I had Dhirubhai Ambani Plan till Oct. 2009. At present I am in USA for vacation since 29th Oct. 2009 till 6th Jan. Before proceeding for USA in last week of Oct I had requested customer service on phone to change my plan to Rs 124 with immediate effect and I had received confirmation also. Accordingly, before leaving India I had credited enough money in my this mobile account, so that I need not pay pay till Jan. But I am shocked to know that for current bill due for 25th Nov RIM has raised a bill of Rs 633/- inspite of the fact that since 29th Oct I have not used my this mobile at all. It is requested that this bill be corrected at once
