Deduction of balance and customer executive not sending request against it

on 7thmay Rs5/- deducted automatically

and after i called customer care executive and he said you have downloaded a image and i had not downloaded any image infact not used internet of idea. i said customer care executive to send a request for this but he declined. strictly action against it should be taken and amount of Rs5/- with compenastion of Rs.11, 00, 000 should be given because what will happen if someone in emergency, how he will call anyone if they deduct balance like this
