Postpaid to prepaid convertion problem

My idea no. 9841679678. My complaint is that i have ordered to change my plan from prepaid to postpaid. They told me to pay three bills to change my plan. But now they are asking me to pay the fourth bill. So take necessary action against my complaint and do the needful in this matter.
