Unwanted service activation

I've a IDEA cellular mobile number 900-951-025-8, on this number my cellular operator has activated unwanted services automatically. I've registered with them many times and when I complaint them they just deactivate service but didn't return deducted amount. This happens to me around 5-6 times since I purchased this number in last year.

So I must suggest don't use IDEA as your operato
