Money deducted by not getting recharge

Respected Sir, I am an old Idea customer my number is 9848114778 .. I used to get talktime through ideacellular website, once I used to recharge my mobile, money deducted from my bank but I did not get recharge, after several enquiries, they promised to recharge my cell, but they have not done it.
