No CLIP service activated after submitting the whole set of documents 3 times

From last 15 days so many times i've called up to complained about CLIP service activation to idea customer care on my cell. My Cell No. 9844014655 in name of M. Prasan Chand, but their was no response from their end. Whenever i used to call customer care their representative used say only one thing it will be activated within 3 hours, but till now they haven't activated the service, though i have submitted 2 times and one time their representative came to pick up the documents.
