Prepaid to postpaid conversion

Dear Sir/Madam

I am an Idea cellular user. I got continuous calls offering me pre paid to post paid conversion and i opted for it. Since then i got huge number of calls till have submitted my document details and money needed for the conversion. I was told it will take 3 days for the conversion and its been almost 3 weeks. Today (28th nov) i got my prepaid sim got deactivated and my post paid sim is not active. So i am literally disconnected from the network by almeans. My parents got worried for like 2 hours because they were not able to reach me. I have been disconnected form the network more than 11 hours and still my sim is not active. This is very irresponsible. To make them understand the inconceivable caused and still causing and also to make them not to repeat the same to any one else i request you to suggest me a way so that they will remember. I ma even ready to take leave from my office to sue them.
