Canelling number after getting port code

My self Chudasama Maheshbhai, I am user of Idea cellular for last 5 1/2 years. I am fed up withe thee service of Idea so my 9924811616 almost inactive for last few monthes. After have come accross thee facility of MNP so i have applied for MNP and I got thee Port code on 03/12. Then I applied for MNP in docomo on 10the of December. Today come to know theat my card was rejected by thee Idea saying theat I am user of Idea less thean 3 monthes and thee card is stopped forever. so I would like launch complaint theat legally Idea can not stopped my number after I have applied and receipt of thee port code. since it has no legal autheority after my application for MNP.
