Unwanted deduction

Dear sir,

this is Mangal Prakash Gupta and i am fed from the un wanted deduction of balance in the name of value added services which i'd never activated. this is not the first time i logged complaint many more time but the condition is same. today when i called on 198 for the compliant of deduction of balance for number 91-9617661413 in the name of Mangal Prakash Gupta to the customer care one of the executive connected his name was arvind shrivastava his response was very bad and tease me by laughing and making fun of me.

so i request you to concern over my case and hope for the remedy positively and redeem my deducted amount...
