Dear Sir

This is regarding my online recharge through HDFC BANK Credit Card. I got my Idea Mobile No. 999680040 recharged on https://www.justrechargeit.com for Rs. 49/- the said amount has been debited from my HDFC Bank Credit Card A/c, after that I received an SMS from Idea No. which is 91-9891030965 which says: MRP Rs. 49.00 nat sms 750 Final NAT SMS 750 Expiry date 27/06, Serv-tax 5.390, Proc_fee 43.610 Recg Cat STV. But I have not got a single penny into my mobile no. When I Complaint in your customer care centre, the tele executive says that amount will be credited into your mobile within 3-4 hours compalint no.: 1.24513948237, one says that amount will be credited into your mobile witin 24 hours, one says that this service has been closed, so you won't be received any amount into your mobile no. If that service has been closed then why the amount has been debited from my credit card A/C. I have made several calls in your customer care centre but nothing has been done so far.

You are requested to do the needful at the earliest and reimburse my amount which is Rs. 49/-
