Dear sir/ma'am,

Rs. 40 was charged from IDEA Postpaid 4 (40X4= 160) times in one month. The message I got from IZ-ideaCMS is as follows:

"" Dear customer, thank you for downloading Content Package from nazara. You have been charged Rs. 40 "".

When I talked to customer care He first told me that there are no package is showing like this, and it will b refunded. i have received that massage four times in one month every time when i received that massage i call the customer care but they are always give me the same answer that is our system its not showing anything it might charged by mistake . but when i recieved my bill it charged Rs . 160 and when i make a complaint to the customer care they say that you have download the Content Package from nazara . and the money can not be refunded whan i asked then for the details they said we dont have any information, u go to our outlet . kindly look into that matter.

Sir/Ma'am, please look into the matter for refund. I'll be truly grateful to you.
