Dear Sir,

This is like to inform you that due to my outgoing call barred I have facing problem & loss in my business.

As per IDEA Cellular credit limit is 1600/- & I have not crossed the limit. I am facing problem since 15 July with out any intimation from vendor side.

I have losed Rs.-10000/- in my business due to bad service from IDEA.

Requested to you pls solve my problem & arrange to provide the loss money.
