Fraud with documents

Dear Sir,

I was using vodafone mobile number 9823055057. I shifted (ported) to IDEA on 15th January. After two days I got a call from IDEA that my another account is showing outstanding amout of around Rs. 3000. On asking, they said I have used two IDEA postpaid numbers 8805136840 & 8805137465 for 2 months in Aug. And my billing address is TCS, Gera, Nagar Road, Pune. However, I have been working with different company since past 7 years.

Now they have stopped all the services on my current number 9823055057 and asking me to make the payment to resume the services. While I could know this number from them only. I have never used these numbers.

I don't know how did they issue SIM card on my name. They are not even ready to show me documents. I am sure they won't be able to produce my ICard of TCS. Becuase I never worked with TCS.

I would request you to help me to resolve this metter and resume services on my current number.
