WRONG DEDUCTION OF MY BALANCE

My Idea No. Is 9826034106-Durga Prasad Vaishnav-Badi gali kayasth mohalla Khilchipur Block Khilchipur Distt. Rajgarh (Biaora) M.P.

IDEA CELLULAR LTD.IS WRONGLY DEDUCTED MY ACCOUNT BALANCE.

HIS SELS EXECUTIVE CALL ME, FOR MY MUSIC SERVICE AND SAID "IF U SUBCRIBE THE SERVICE DIAL 55456 OK GOOD DAY."

I AM DISCONNTED THE CALL AND NOT PRESS ANY OTHER OPTION .

BUT NEXT DAY I GOT A MASSAGE FROM 55456 "MY MUSIC SERVICE ACTIVETED SECCESSFULLY IN YOUR NOMBER".

I SHOKED THEY ARE ACTIVETED MY MUSIC SERVICE ON MY NOMBER WITHOUT MY ANY CONFORMETION.

THE DATE IS ACTIVATION OF MY MUSIC SERVICE IS-07/03

Then I Call Custmer Care For Complaint Ragistretion no.198

They Give me an complaint no. and the Date of complaint is-08/03 Time:12:50 pm.

Date-08/03 Time: 05:55 pm I got A second massage from no.2590554160 / IZ-SIVR

"Dear Customer, Your concern for incorrect deduction has been resolved successfully with the charge being reversed.

SR No.1-2590554160.

1 Months latter i got a massaga as same as the older for renwal the service and the deducted my account for service charges. Dated-08/04 Time: 02:06 pm

late i again call custmer care for this mistake they ragisterd my complaint SR No.1-5747539732 Dated-09/04 Time: 08:45 pm

But This time they are not the charge being reversed.

and seys "on the latter time fault of system upgrdetion your reqest of service stop is not proceed "

"But this not my fault"

Please help me for my charge being reversed.
