Dis-connect pre-paid life-time Sim- M.No.9824997922

I was using Idea Life time pre-paid service. My pre-paid M.No. is 9824997922. This service was not used by me mor than six months due to my personal reason. But recently when I am in need to use this sim, presently this facility is not working. I have also pre-paid balance in the same. When I go to IDEA for complainting the same, I heard that the service on this sim is terminated and same mobile number was allotted to some one. I am surprised to know the same. I want to know that How the company can terminate lif time pre-paid service without consent of the service users? Also I am not getting satisfactory answer from the IDEA. You are requested to advice me that In this case can I get the justice? Can I get my old M.No. back? Pl. advice me.
