Wrong charges of sms use

dear sirs,

my mobile number was 9904518141 of idea cellular ltd.co.

i was charged wrongly of my sms usage, where as i am not aware of sms charges on festive days, by company. they call that they declared holidays, and you will be charged on that day if, you use sms fecility. i was advised taht you wil get 300 sms and 24000 sec. free on plan of monthly rs. 199/- facility.

now my complaint is co's market executive or never co. informed about free facility will be chargeble on this declered holidays.

you are request to take my complaint urgently and punish this company, which breach their commitment given to indian users when they offer new paln to accept.

I already complaint on this site. but still no reply i get. and company charged me on my actual use of bill, and now a days it goes increasingly day by day. so, please do in favour of indian users like me.
