I had taken the IDEA Postpaid SIM card on 11-Dec for cost of Rs 800 (400 deposit 400 for Number), till today i have not got the number which he had agreed to give. I had said him to return the money back if he cant give the number which he agreed but he is not returning that too. its more than 3 months now i dont know what to do with this people, i took the issue to nodal office but still the issue is not solved.

Kindly help me on this.
