IDEA cellular ltd
Wrongly balance deduction & Not refunded again

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have taken a connection of Idea Cellular Ltd. They have charged a Rs 35. under the the account of GPRS usages But I have already activated the GPRS plan of Rs 98 Where the browsing limit is 6 GB. I have not crossed the limit but charged under the same head. I have given the complain regarding this having the complain no 11087379148. they have closed the case but not refunded the same money in my account.

So i need your help. I shall ever remain greatfull to you.
