Unable to call on the below mentioned telephone nos

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am unable to call on the below mentioned telephone nos and this problem has been intimated several times to IDEA Cellular. At first I had complined regarding this on 8th jan and they replied that it will be resolved on 11 the jan, later they escalated this to 18 jan and now today when I spoke to the customer care they said that it will be resolved till 21st jan.

Later I spoke to their regional centre for assistance in this reagrd and they said that I will have to contact the service provider at the other end. I request you to kindly look into it as I am quiet dis-satisfied with their answer and moreover the service provider at the other end won't entertain me as I am not using/paying for their services and instead I presume that these matters should be looked after and resolved by IDEA cellular.

Moreover the response that I got from the regional centre was quiet annoying and so i am lodging this complaint so that you will come to my rescue.

Following are the nos-

08026599990- Frequently gets disconnected-This is of SBI helpline.

1800112211- Error message is that I should check the no- This is of SBI helpline.

180030005555- I can not make calls on this no. while I am in roaming, but I can make calls when I am in my home network- This belongs to reliance netconnect.

Besides this I was also facing problem in getting connected on the landline no 06476-263097. I took almost a two months for IDEA to resolve this.

I think this is the problem which most of the customer must be facing and is basicaly due to the rivalary between the different mobile service providers. So I would request you to kindly look into it.
