I am a Idea cell phone user my number is (9912655950) last three years from now.

you are activated that devotional alarm with my activation.and cut my balance nearly Rs30.you called at morning but i did not hear an devotional song till now..and again 3 days back cut my balance .without providing how you are cut my balance..

I called customer care.they told that we are providing service that is you problem like that told negligencely .her name is latha ..And she did not take complaint also..

Tell me now what can i do now?

Is it better to go to consumer court ..

Give me reply or Refund my balance
