Incorrect Charges

My Name is Satyendra Kumar Agarwal, My idea Phone Number is 9911561250. This is a postpaid connection.

I have been charged double monthly charge for GPS Service (Rs. 150) on invoice dated Feb 02. I have made a complaint at Customer Care on 4th Feb, Complaint Number is 95507971. But the complaint was rejected due to incorrect heading selected by customer care representative. I made numerious calls but not received any help!!!

Nothing happened. Again I raise a complaint on Mar 4 (complaint number 95987274) but still the issue has not been resolved by idea cellular. When it comes to taking money, Idea Cellular Charge the customer instantly, but when it comes to resolving the billing issue they do not care the customer.

I need help as I am being harrased by Mobile Service Provider (Idea Cellular Ltd) and getting no help regarding the billing issue.
