47 days since registering NDNC in IDEA

Dear Sir/Madam,

Cell number -9552615926-This mobile has been registered for NDNC on 19th jan. REF- 1-539708687.Even till date I am getting Unsolicited Commercial Communnication (UCC) FROM IDEA itself. This was brought in notice of the Idea customer care and the nodal in charge of the TRAI.

After 45 days I had send the complaint, but even after a week of sending this complaint I am still getting the Unsolicited Commercial Communnication (UCC) which is only from IDEA AND CAN BE STOPPED IN A MINUTES NOTICE IF THE COMPANY REALLY WANTS TO.

sHOULD i GO TO THE CONSUMER FORUM FOR THIS MATTER WHICH SEEMS PETTY BUT HAS GIVEN ME A LOT OF Head Ache causing mental agony any disturbing peace of mind.
