Billing Issue

Hi,

My name is Amit Kumar Mishra and my idea # is 9911859393 and i had billing concern with the company however i never got any resolution from them. The customer service is pathetic and not at all friendly. they are robbers and blood suckers. they are just concerned about the money. Once you take connection from them they will surely suck your blood with the bills. Idea is a third class company and i would not recommend any one to purchase their connection ever in life. They are not at all transparent with the bills. You can not understand their bills easily. people now i'm here seeking help as they are after my life to collect their money and i never denied to pay the genuine charges.please help
