Excess/Wrong Billing

Hi,

I have purchased a Advance Rental data plan for internet usage from Idea Cellular.

Now they are charging/sending me wrong bills for manipulated usage which I am not using at all. I don't know what changes they have made in there computers so that it is generating wrong bills.

At the the time of purchase they do wrong commitment of providing customized bill for usage. But they never keep there commitment.

Please look into this matter as early as possible and resolve this. I want my money back which I had deposited. I want to discontinue the service.
