I bought a Prepaid SIM from IDEA cellular Ltd two years back and it worked fine except for some minor glitches. My complaint is that from last one month I have been receiving calls and messages from the service provider saying that the services on my mobile number (9718691789) would be suspended soon as the documents submitted by me at the time of purchase of the connection were not valid/right.

They have also tried to entice me to submit the documents by messaging that I would get a free recharge of INR25 or so if I do it within 24hours.

Why can they say that the submitted documents are not valid after providing services for two years and to top it if the documents are invalid, why was their authenticity not checked before rendering the services.

Please look in the matter as it seems a breach of conduct to me and is very unethical. I can be reached on:
