Deduction of balance

Idea has been deducting balance from my account for some reasons (they say it is because of a pack activated on my number).

I have been asking from a week now to remove that pack from my number and they are not removing it and whenever I call them, they give me complaint numbers. I am getting irritated with this. And they are least bothered about my balance getting deducted every day for no reasons. Please Help!
