Refund of advance made on taking plan & sim card

1. I have made a payment of Rs 240 in oct month through one of the agent of idea cellular but instead of crediting the amount in account it was wrongly credited to another number.

2. I informed the company about the incidence & asked them to reverse the amount but they are saying they don't have such facility & i have to make payment again or tell that another person to make payment on our behalf. They even charged Rs 100 for non payment of amount & when i tried to contact their senior manager they kept my phone on hold for more than 10min & ultimately i have to disconnect the phone.

3. I even tried to contact that person in whose account amount had been credited & told him to make payment on my behalf but every he just says he is out of station

4. Due non payment of amount they have restricted our outgoing & ingoing call & now they have sent notice of taking legal action on us.
