Money problem

Respected sir,

On the date of 30/01, i done special rechare of 9 rupees for internet facility for 1 day. After 1 hour they sent me GPRS settings, and i saved it in my mobile handset. They providing me manual setting on my Laptop. System activate on 12.00 pm. Upto 2.00 pm i cant't open internet. one of the customer care executive (name- ismail) told me there is congestion problem in the idea network. i try once again at 5.00pm and internet started in my laptop for 10 minutes, after that it is disconnected. once again congestion problem. Upto 11.00 pm they can't provide me internet facility b'z of congestion problem of idea network. this is not our problem. System is diactivated at 12.00 pm. This internet facility for whole day by paying 9 rupees. And i used it for 10 minutes only, because of their network congestion problem. so i told them for 9 rupees back. but they dose not back to me still now. and i can't fill up my on-line form for goverment job. this is a biggest lost for me.

so, u take immediate action on compony.
