My mobile phone no. 9552547487 has been made disfunctional i.e. services closed for non payment of bill dated 19.1.11 for Rs.265.15. I have paid the bill on 1st February vide SBI Pay order No. 186412888 dt. 1.2.11 for Rs.265/- and the same has debited to Banks account on 4/2. However, I have not got reconnection back despite personal request and providing the details on phone and in person. Please look into the matter.
