Sir i took a new connection of idea and after some days i went to gujrat .surat for a couple of days and on secomd day my connetion was disconnected incoming and outgoing and no response from any executive when i tried to contact through my son they say i have to make payment of 500rupees of bill.

till date i didnt receive any bill.

non of any communication from the organization.

sir please help me in this regard.
