Didnot get my recharge amount loaded into ny cell

Dear Sir,
I got my mobile recharged through Axis bank online banking services on 29.04.2011 at 12:47 p.m. for Rs. 352.00 and I received a sms from idea stating that my request received for recharge of Rs. 352.00 and talktime 0.00. to my surprise I did not get the balance in my mobile and later on when I contacted on 12345 I was told by the customer care executive on 30.4.11 that they have received my request for recharge and I will get the balance by noon which, not getting I again contacted 198 they told me I will get the balance by night as there is some technical problem. I lodged the complaint at 198 under complaint no. I-15295463558 dt. 29.4.11. and on repeatedly contacting them for 03 days at 198 I used to get an answer that there is technical problem and I will get the balance by night. Yeterday on 2.5.11 approx.by 4.00 p.m. when I again contacted them I was told that I could not get the balance as I have chosen an option for balance in new SIM whereas my SIM is old so I cannot get any balance and my money will not be refunded. I hereby appeal that hat is this way of working of and reputed company like idea that If a customer who is using there services for last more than 05 years is traeted like that that even if he has made a mistake in choosing a recharge option that insted of correcting him and returning the money back he is being told that his money is gone for free to the company. Sir, Please help me to recover my money and I think that the company is also not considering its reputation by doing such a deed.
