Deducted 200rs balance and not refunding back

I am highly frustrated by Idea. Idea activated me a service named CH99 magazine without my permission. When i called to customercare they are not writting my complain. I got to know from them that they had activated me service on 31/12. and it kept on renewing by itself. For everyday it deducted 3rs from my balance. When my exams got over i called to customer care and asked to refund my 200rs back which they had deducted for this unwanted service but they did not write my complain also. I also want to say that i have asked for DND service but still i am getting disturbed during my studies by their telemarketing calls and sms.
