Call barring

Dear Sir,

From 18/08 onwards, my out going call are barred partially with out prior information and on that day only I was informed that I have to submit the documents again. I had this connection since the last 4 years and twice I submitted my photo and id proof to the service provider. Now they again ask for documents.

I ask for the status of my submitted documents, but I can't get any convincing reply from their side)

Now I am feared that they issued any wrong connection with my photo & documents. I didn't get any convincing reply from their office or from your customer care centre. I hope that it is my right to ask for the submitted documents, they told that there is no provision to give back such documents.

Pls. advice me what is the next step to make my side safe.
