Refund of security amount

I have a mobile n. 9826433860 it was a corporate postpaid connection & Rs.300/- was deposited by me as security amount at the time of new connectiion. I have converted this plan from postpaid to prepaid on dated 09.07.2011 and cleared all due bills. This time executive told me that you will get your security amount within 45 days from today.

But till date 65-66 days already passed bu till date I have not received my amount. and I already done email to "customer care" in this regards but there is no positive result.

Requesting to you pls. do the needful & resolve this matter.
