Service activated without my consent

Hi,

I am using mobile number 9850835459 from last 2 years approx. with Idea Cellular mobile service providers. From last few months the Idea providers activated a feature called "Talk Time 299 Rental" on my number and are deducting Rs 299/- on a monthly basis. I called up customer care and they replied saying I have accepted this feature with their customer care representative. I asked them to share audio where I provided my consent to that feature. But they are not ready to share it.

Any call to their customer care is also useless as they are not ready to revert changes.

Kindly help.
