Recharge of Rs. 150/- is not Tranfer

Dear Sir,

My Mobile No. is 09416569103 i was recharged my mobile for Rs. 150/- through online axis bank dt. 03-12-11 time 5.52 pm. The axis bank had debited for Rs. 150/- Card info PUR/IDEA CELL-BILLDES/MUMBAI/031211/12/2 . After that the message was received in my phone from IZ-IDEA CARE, your account have been updated. but my balance is not tranfer in my phone. i was talked customer care regarding this matter. but it was say no any transation have been done . pl. clear this matter.
