Dear Madam / Sir,

This is with regard to activation of blackberry internet service plan of Rs 399 on my prepaid number 9850963397.

Request forward date: 06.04.2012

Balance deducted on 06.04.2012

Sr No: 1-23288568814

Activation date of BIS as per sms: 07.04.2012 by 1:03:00 PM

BIS NOT ACTIVATED.

On repeated calls made to the customer care, I was told that my BIS services would be activated latest by mid night on Sunday ie 08.04.2012.

As the same was not activated by midnight, I raised a complaint on Monday 09.04.2012

The sms stated that my BIS would be actioned by 11.04.2012 2:09:00 PM

The same did not happen and I called the customer care again in my evening by 8:00:00 PM on 11.04.2012. The customer care executive promised that BIS would be activated in a few hours.

BIS IS NOT YET ACTIVATED!

I request IDEA CELLULAR LTD to kindly look into the matter and avoid such harassment. I've lost out on emails and other allied communication for the no fault of mine which has costed me money and time.
