Misbehavior of employee

Dear sir

i have a post paid connection with ideacellular with a number of 9526982702 .during the month of march 16th i have approach idea's kothamangalam office for converting my connection as prepaid and i have remitted full amount they are quoted for the same and they also give new Sim card for prepaid number .after three days from the payment date the new Sim card is not activated, again i visited the same office they quoted me to pay rs 78 for activation, i explain her about that i am already paid the settlement you are quoted on 16th of this month and i am not in a position to solve the mistake made by you, then she shouted me to 'do what ever you can'.after that i am relieved from there.kindly intervene this case and do the needful for solve my issue
