Dear Sir,

I have applied for mobile portability number on 9/3. I wanted to shift from Idea to Aircel due to network problem or many problems. Each time i talk to customer care of Idea. They never give a proper reply. Sometimes they say the issue is with Aircel. Actually Aircel not allowing to port out my numbers. My already 2 requests was rejected by them without any reason by Idea. so please help me.
