Unnecessary charges for wnwanted services

Sir,

I am enjoying prepaid services of mobile no. 9926384070 since long. I was quite satisfied with the services. However, since last year, service provider has been deducting charges for mymusic49, despite my several request for stoping the services, there is no avail. Last month, i was lodged complaint through customer care service no. 12345. However, in the current, the charges has again deducted. This is highly objectionable. You are requested to take up the matter with the company and arrange for immediate stop of services and refund of my deducted amount urgently.
