Idea Cellular Ltd post paid connection
Arbitrarily slapping an amount of Rs 537 for mms

I have opted for Idea post paid connection on promise of lucrative talk time schemes (since i am a defence personnel). After a week of services, i was told to pay Rs 700 so as to be able to avail the services. I immediately wanted to surrender my connection to which they said that could not generate the bill for 7-10 days. I waited for the month of may without any further services. When the first bill came it mentioned a usage of mms for Rs 537 on 17 may 10 from 1542 hrs to 1642 hrs. i had not option but to pay up as i did not want Idea to write to air force labelling me as a defaulter. I am convinced that i had not availed any mms services during the period i had this connection. i shall be oblliged if Idea Cellular clarifies as to what mobile IMEI No i had used and the exact services i had availed if any at all.
