Sim activated but temporary on hold from last 20 days

Sir,

I have taken a Idea sim, No. 7697213433 on 31/1 and submitted all the documents and photographs on the same date required by the shopkeeper and the shopkeeper (KESARI) also activated the sim immediately but after two days the sim was blocked giving message that the service to this no. is temporary on hold. I visited the shop again then they told me that you have to sumbmit your documents once again without giving any proper reason for the same. I once again given my photograp and zerox of my ration card. From that day I contineously following up with them for the activation of the sim but they are neither responding properly to me nor giving any proper reason. I am feeling so annoyed and hence writing for some immediate action and solution.
