Idea cellular postpaid connection
Payments made by me towards, never get credited to mine account

Hi, am a idea customer for Goa for last 7 years, i have been paying mine bills thru net banking since last 4 years, for d last 3 billing periods although i pay mine bills on time much before the due dates, amount i pay never get credited to mine account and they block mine connection saying amount not paid, then again i have to mail the payment snapshot and then they credit the amount after long time, it has been happening for last 3 months and no body is bothered inspite of so many complaints to them to either rectify the problem. when i ask them specific, if there is any problem is net banking payments? they say no. then why dont they credit your amount paid? whey they make us run? this company doesnt give a better customer support and make us run for nothing... friends its no worth to take services from them any more.. i have just shifted to vodafone & bsnl. much cheaper and better... mine idea nos 9822133754
