IDEA CELLULAR - PREPAID - INCOMING CALLS NOT GETTING
Not getting incoming calls

Sir

I have been using IDEA sim card (prepaid) since 4 years

Presently my balance amount is Rs. 25/ and expiry 10/08

For cell-number sake only I am continuing this service even now-a-days so many splecial offers are being given by other mobile service providers.

When contacted CUSTOMER SERVICE they informed that they have not received documents so they blocked incoming.. how is it possible without receiving documents, they have provided services last 4 years?

I have submitted my documents when I hv taken connection..

Kindly do needful to restore services
