Cheating by not giving the full information on full talk time recharge conditions

I am idea karnataka customer with mobile no.9743376070

i had recharged my account under full talktime scheme (140rs) which had a validity of 20 days. When i recharged i was not told that it was only for local usage and the amount cannot be used while roaming.

I am currently in hyderabad (roaming location) and i have 98rs balance in my account and i will not be able to use this balance amount because i will be here for one month and the validity of this balance amount will lapse on

9-1.

I called the costumer care and i have the full recording of the conversation.

I have the proof of the ccr telling me that they dont inform the customers regarding the conditions of that offer.

I want to file a complaint against the company for the cheating they have done and the money what i will be loosing and also the hardships i faced on 31-12.

I was not able to call or receive calls on 31-12 morning and have lost money on a few business transactions i was not able to make.

I have all the proofs in recording as well as the sms i received which nowhere states that the amount is valid only for local usage.
