Regarding: Inappropriate Balance Deduction from Prepaid connection
This is Vineeta Vishwakarma, i have recharged my mobile yesterday evening for Massage as well as Calling purpose (Massage voucher Rs. 64 and balance Rs. 24), as per company policy earlier i had word in Customer care regarding Services as per CC activation of Rs. 64 massage voucher SLA is 4 hours from the time of recharge, after 4 hours we can use the services.
I recharged my mobile yesterday in between 8.00 to 8.30 PM, so as per company policy i didn't use the services till 4 hours then i send a massage early in the morning at 4.49 PM and massage charges wrongly deducted from my mobile account.
Today i had word in IDEA Customer Care then as per CSA i wont be able to use services due to Technical problem and SR logged for the same SR No is 1-12363553000 TAT is 24 Jan 10.00 AM till the time if i send any SMS from my mobile i will be charge as per company norms. Now i want proper resolution as well as proper action
1. No one inform me about technical problem what is that?
2. Why i cant use the services whether i am paying for the same?
3. Company should have to return my money back as all charges wrongly deducted from my mobile account, it is also confirmed by IDEA Customer care executive: Mr. Arpit Jain, Senior Executive: Mr. Deepesh Beniwal as well as Manager Mr. Mayank Vyas.
So why should customer suffer if there is some technical issue from Service Provider.
Service Provider need to communicate through EDM or SMS about any tech issue.
Refund amount as well.
I hope you can feel customer's pain.
