Idea cellular pvt. ltd
Not getting full balance after recharge

I am getting msg's to get full talktime but when i recharged on 19th aug with Rs. 300, i jst got 269 appx. i registered complaint in customer care of idea but not getting any satisfactory answer. They told me to talk to their outlets. i register another complaint through mail by a idea outlet in rajendera palace. i m having a copy in my mail. they told to that my problem will resolved in 48 hours but now after three days i am not getting a single call or e-mail by idea. so i wish to register a comlaint against idea cellular pvt. ltd (aditya birla group).
